About
The LCP is a tool to help leaders navigate their developmental journey. This scientifically validated diagnostic identifies conscious and unconscious strengths, limiting beliefs, blind spots, and areas for growth. This model enables leaders to make intentional choices to lead in more effective and impactful ways to positively influence business performance. It enhances self-awareness and provides practical ways to direct that awareness towards actionable steps to unlock underutilized potential. Individual scores are benchmarked against hundreds of thousands of leaders worldwide.
The purpose of The LCP is transformation.
It is experientially designed to help leaders determine where they (and their organizations) are in the great sequence of development and to help them make the evolutionary leap that can catalyze systemic transformation. The LCP intends to provoke and promote a paradigm shift in the psychological and spiritual life of the leader and to provide new scientific, systemic, and cultural perspectives required for translating new personal awareness into organizational and world change.

Creative competencies
are well researched competencies measuring how you achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance your own development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems.
Reactive tendancies
are leadership styles emphasizing caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment. These self-limiting styles over emphasize the focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, and getting results through high control tactics.
How it works
The LCP is unique in that it reveals your Operating System: Internal assumptions (beliefs) that run behavior in both domains. This allows leaders to see how their inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership. Ultimately, the LCP increases the inner awareness that affects outward behavior.
