Mind over Matter

In this course we uncover many of the unconscious processes that influence your health. You will learn how to rewire your brain and how to change your unconscious programing. How to adjust your thinking, feeling, decisions, perceptions, understandings, beliefs, and mindset so that you can easily make choices, habits, and live a lifestyle to help you thrive. We address willpower, motivation, goal-setting, emotional eating, food addictions, and show you how to establish frames of mind that will help you thrive.

Stress Less

This course will give you an entirely new way to think about, and then deal with stress. Do you experience anxiety, stress, or fear? Stress can make us sick, and it can literally kill us. It is not the stressor itself, but our response to stress that causes real problems. Stress is and will always be a part of our lives. This course will enable you to better deal with the stress and minimize the effects it has on your life. You will be empowered to identify triggers and manage your ‘stress-response’, minimizing the negative impact stress can have on your mental and physical health.

Eat to Thrive

This course covers everything you need to know about optimal nutrition. You will learn how to design your own nutrition plan based on your body type, activity levels, preferences, goals etc. Are you confused by the myriad of dietary information available today? Then this course is for you. You will be empowered to make decisions that will support your healthy lifestyle.


This course will teach you all you have to know about exercise. We explore metabolism, motivation, energy balance, different types of exercise, benefits, and the impact it has on your health. Are you unsure of what exercise to do? Do you find it hard to stick to any exercise program or health goal? Then this course is for you.


This course is based on the Keep Thriving book and integrates the best of neuroscience, psychology, lifestyle, meaning and purpose to help you create a life of abundance. This course will equip you with the practical tools and knowledge of how to use your mind and body to get the most out of your life and be the best version of yourself. This will protect you against physical or mental disease, stress, burnout, chronic inflammation, and other undesirable conditions. You will be empowered with mental strength and resilience to overcome obstacles, challenges, and setbacks to thrive regardless of circumstances. You will learn how to have more influence and impact on your own life.

It is one thing to have knowledge but it’s almost of no value if it remains in your head. You need to make it part of your behaviour and get it into your muscle and nervous system. In other words, you need to live it. Changing behaviour and lifestyle habits will ultimately make you thrive. Knowledge alone will not.


If you want to take control of your health by changing your behaviour, habits and your very life, you have to first change your thinking, beliefs and your frames of mind. You need to update your software.
